WHAT WE DO

  • The essence of global fashion through film, photography, and storytelling. From New York to Paris, our team documents the creative process behind major Fashion Weeks, offering an inside look at design, production, and artistry. We collaborate with emerging and established designers, producing behind-the-scenes documentaries, editorial shoots, and visual campaigns that highlight innovation and craft.

Through our internship and residency programs, creatives from across the country join our New York studio to gain hands-on experience at high-profile fashion events and productions. Guided by industry professionals, they learn the full scope of visual storytelling, from concept to runway, contributing to projects that reflect the future of fashion media.

  • Noonlight creates visual stories that unite culture, art, and lifestyle. Led by director Vero Perez, the studio manages every part of creative direction from concept to final production. We produce photo and video campaigns that feature both local and international designers.

Recent projects include editorial shoots and documentary coverage around major Fashion Weeks, revealing the artistry and process behind design. Through creative partnerships, we develop content for websites, social media, press materials, and publications, helping designers and brands refine their visual identity and strengthen their storytelling across all platforms.

  • We produce in-depth documentaries that explore powerful stories across fashion, art, and culture, with a focus on women and unique perspectives often left unseen. Under the direction of Vero Perez, Noonlight brings together a portfolio of short and feature-length works that merge modern storytelling with timeless technique.

Our films are crafted using vintage and antique cameras, experimental formats, and a mix of analog and digital processes, including audio and tape conversion. Each project honors the lives and creative expressions of people who once lived quietly in the background, revealing the importance and beauty of their stories through thoughtful, cinematic documentation.

  • At Noonlight, we expand the boundaries of filmmaking through experimentation in form, style, and narrative. Our work includes short and feature length films, art direction projects, and book adaptations that explore approaches such as talking head interviews, fly on the wall observation, and cinematic essay.

Guided by director Vero Perez, the studio draws inspiration from classical masters, cultural movements, and evolving aesthetics to connect art theory with contemporary film. Perez’s creative direction blends fine art, documentary realism, and poetic storytelling to create work that challenges convention while remaining deeply human.

In developing her award winning documentary Winner, Perez drew from the 1964 film Chelsea Girls by Andy Warhol, using its experimental split screen method to show how layered stories can exist together in one frame.

Noonlight values a deep sense of artistic purpose in every stage of production. The studio encourages direction and creative input from residents and interns, allowing each project to become a shared space for discovery, collaboration, and the pursuit of visual meaning.

  • Our studio embraces traditional techniques, producing work that celebrates the tactile beauty of analog processes in a digital age. We take pride in experimenting, manipulating, and developing film in-house, maintaining a close relationship with the craft of image making. Beyond 35mm, we also work with 120, 620, and 127 medium format film, creating distinct visual textures that serve the vision of each project.

Noonlight houses an extensive camera collection ranging from the 1940s to the present day, each piece carefully maintained for use in production. Most antique camera repairs and restorations are handled in-house, ensuring that every tool we use remains functional and historically preserved. This hands-on approach allows us to honor traditional craftsmanship while integrating it into modern creative work.

For those interested in exploring analog photography and filmmaking in fashion, events, and editorial production, Noonlight provides a collaborative space to practice, learn, and bring timeless techniques into contemporary storytelling.
