NOTES ON THIS PRODUCTION:Duality explored the tension and balance between two distinct design languages: Bless By Bless and Timothy Westbrook. Timothy’s pieces moved in muslin, linen, and lace, airy and light, allowing the photo lights to bounce and create an open, passionate illumination. In contrast, Bless By Bless presented depth and weight through thick, tightly woven materials that absorbed light and grounded the space. The dialogue between them was intentional. Timothy’s luminosity revealed the importance of shadow, while Bless By Bless’s density gave structure and gravity to the glow. Together, the contrast made both light and dark equally powerful.
